Requirements

• Develop financial planning and financial management strategies
• Direct and coordinate budgeting activities
• Compile and analyze consolidated budget models
• Hold monthly budget meetings with department heads
• Key leader of monthly business reviews with the management team
• Responsible for maintaining budgeting systems
• Oversee financial budgeting and analysis systems
• Responsible for insurance policy management
• Maintain an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program
• Conduct an enterprise-wide risk assessment
• Manage and review ROI assessment on companywide new projects
• Hire, lead and manage finance staff
