DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps engineer at Booz Allen, you can use your technical skills to affect mission-forward change. The position involves working on a project that delivers an AI-driven continuous monitoring platform that learns system architectures, identifies high-risk vulnerabilities, and automatically directs monitoring tools to the areas that matter most.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker, Containerd, Podman, or Kaniko
• 5+ years of experience with container orchestration technologies, such as Kubernetes, ECS, or ACA
• 5+ years of experience with deploying and administering on-prem and cloud Kubernetes clusters, such as RKE2, K3S, EKS, AKS, or OpenShift
• 5+ years of experience with deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes using tools or CLIs, such as Kubectl and Helm
• 5+ years of experience with administering Linux servers or Virtual Machines, including OS package maintenance, networking, and disk management
• 3+ years of experience with Cloud Service providers, including AWS or Azure, and their associated services and tools
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of UNIX or Linux development and bash scripting
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree
