Job description
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team of 4–10 engineers embedded in one of our core product engineering verticals. You'll own both the people and the output — coaching engineers, driving execution, and setting a high technical bar across the team.
Lead a team of engineers, conduct regular 1:1s, set clear expectations, and provide structured, actionable feedback. Own performance reviews and development plans, participate in hiring, and foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
