Job Description
The Mortgage Sales Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of the mortgage sales team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in mortgage sales and/or mortgage sales training.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, loan processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
- Coaching and mentoring experience is highly desirable.
- Proficient with training software, learning management systems (LMS), and virtual training tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
