Contract Product Design and Development Lead

The Contract Product Design and Development Lead will be responsible for product ownership of the Ocean Contract portfolio, defining and driving the product strategy, and leading discovery and development in close collaboration with various teams.

Requirements

• Strong Product Management expertise in complex, commercial or platform-enabled products
• Solid Ocean / logistics domain understanding
• Proven experience in product discovery, optimisation, and lifecycle management
• Strong system thinking and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate effectively with senior leaders in a matrix environment
