Job Description
We're seeking a Project/Event Coordinator to work with our New York-based company specializing in major events. This position requires strong organizational skills to manage complex projects, coordinate with diverse stakeholders, and ensure the seamless delivery of large-scale, high-impact events.
Requirements
- Bilingual with excellent writing, speaking and presenting skills in both Japanese and English
- 3 years of relevant work experience in an administration or coordinating position
- Proficiency in Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent numeracy skills with an attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a demanding environment with multitasking competencies
- Interest in Japanese culture and arts and/or theatrical shows is a plus
