Food Service Supervisor

A&W Restaurants is seeking a reliable and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our leadership team in a full-time, permanent role. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading front-line staff, and ensuring food quality, safety, cleanliness, and customer service meet A&W standards.

Requirements

• Completion of secondary school or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in food service
• Previous lead, senior crew, or supervisory experience preferred
• FOODSAFE Level 1 required (Level 2 considered an asset)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable, mature, and comfortable working independently
