The McMurray Group is hiring a Kitchen Crew member for a permanent full-time or part-time position at the Bay Centre Mall A&W restaurant in Victoria, BC. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and enjoys hands-on work, with a strong focus on teamwork, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Prepare A&W menu items following food-safety and quality standards
• Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items, and other products efficiently
• Assemble food orders accurately and quickly during busy periods
• Maintain a clean kitchen environment
• Follow all food-safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices
• Work closely with Supervisors, Cashiers and other team members
