Continuous Improvement Specialist I

Role Overview

Supports site-wide continuous improvement efforts by assisting with the implementation of process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and operational stability. Collaborates with plant leadership and frontline teams to identify waste, improve workflow, and strengthen the culture of continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

Supports the execution of site-level continuous improvement initiatives, partners with operational leaders and frontline employees to identify improvement opportunities, and facilitates improvement events and training sessions.
