
Job description
Responsible for developing and creating models and assemblies in software for various types of HVAC equipment, including conceptual designs and automation. Collaborates with other designers and engineers to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems. May coach and mentor less experienced team members.
Develops models and drawings, utilizes programming to generate Bill of Materials and electrical schematics, reviews schematics, and makes design recommendations. Collaborates with engineers and management to determine design solutions.
Requires a two-year technical degree and 3-5 years' experience in the HVAC industry or equivalent experience. Eplan ECE certification is preferred. Must have excellent electrical and controls analysis skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and strong decision-making and analytical problem-solving abilities.
