ABA Behavior Technician will work directly with children and young teens with autism to help them build essential life skills, implementing individualized treatment plans, using positive reinforcement, and collecting progress data.
Requirements
- Implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Using positive reinforcement and play-based teaching to help children learn new skills.
- Collecting and tracking progress data with care and accuracy.
- Collaborating with your supervisor and team to support each child's goals.
- Building trusting, respectful relationships with children, families, and teammates.
- Completing session notes and other administrative tasks on time.
