Job Description
ABA Support Services is seeking full-time and part-time BCBAs to support children and adolescents on the autism spectrum in the Harrisburg metro area. The position offers flexible schedules and a comprehensive benefit package including health, vision, dental, life insurance, tuition loan repayment assistance, and 401k.
Requirements
- Qualified candidates will have: BCBA at the Master’s Level; Maintain certification of your BCBA and LBS.
- Maintain CAQH and credentialing with insurance companies.
- Previous experience working in a reputable clinic, home, or school program is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 1 year clinical/home/school experience providing direct services to children with Autism.
- Knowledge of insurance-third party funding systems or willingness to learn.
- Extremely knowledgeable of early learning curriculum and the application of behavioral principles to increase a wide range of functional repertoires.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
