
Job description
Drive meaningful change in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where ideas are valued, ownership is encouraged, and results matter. The role involves acquiring, activating, and retaining community pharmacies within the Comunidad Valenciana & Región de Murcia region.
Prospect and onboard new pharmacy customers, conduct regular field visits and commercial follow-ups, present product portfolios and commercial conditions, manage day-to-day customer relationships, and plan and execute weekly field activities.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a commercial sales-driven role, preferably within healthcare, pharmacy, medical sales, or FMCG B2B, with a proven track record in new customer acquisition and closing, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a KPI- and results-oriented mindset.
