Role Overview

Abacus Technology seeks a Database Administrator to provide database management and support for the US Air Force Office of Special Investigations in Quantico. This is a full-time position. The role involves installing, managing, and maintaining database management systems, performing industry standard database administration roles, and ensuring databases comply with applicable DISA STIGs or Security Requirements Guidance.

What You Will Do

Install, manage, and maintain database management systems, perform database administration roles, troubleshoot, and support performance monitoring and capacity planning. Maintain and update technical documentation.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must have 5+ years experience in database administration and management, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and a Security+ CE certification. Strong knowledge and experience with MS SQL Server and Oracle databases and application server administration.
