Intern Talent Acquisition

AbbVie is seeking an Intern Talent Acquisition to manage and track the Internship Program, participate in the selection process, and be the point of contact for interns and their supervisors. The candidate will also collaborate on the creation and management of Employer Branding materials, organize roundtable discussions among interns, coordinate onboarding, and manage agreements with schools and universities.

Requirements

• Gestionarás y darás seguimiento al Programa de Becas
• Colaborarás en la creación, modificación y gestión de los materiales de Employer Branding
• Organizarás Mesas Redondas entre los becarios de los diferentes departamentos
• Coordinarás el Onboarding de los nuevos becarios
• Revisarás y gestionarás los convenios con escuelas y universidades
• Gestionarás altas y bajas en la Seguridad Social de los becarios
• Captación y contacto de posibles candidatos por Linkedin
• Participaciparás en el plan táctico de RRHH
• Darás apoyo en la herramienta de Selección (SR)
• Colaborarás en los diferentes proyectos de Talent Acquisition, así como otras áreas del departamento de RRHH
