Job Description
Abilities First, Inc. is seeking a Residential Program Coordinator to oversee staff on a daily basis, ensuring program services are implemented correctly. This role involves staff support, budget management, staffing, policy development, and crisis management. The Coordinator will work with developmentally disabled adults and contribute to the positive environment of programs and community integration. This position offers on-call support and regular budget adjustments.
Requirements
- Maintain oversight of residential programs.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist with annual budget development.
