We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial HVAC Estimator with a strong background in new construction projects. The role involves preparing estimates for commercial developments of varying sizes, collaborating with teams, and managing project records. Strong analytical and communication skills are required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC estimating, specifically in new construction (residential experience will not be considered).
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, building codes, and construction documents.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Project management experience is a plus, but not required.
