Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred. Strong drawing interpretation skills. Proficiency in Bluebeam, Word, & Excel

7+ years of I&E experience (oil & gas preferred). Proficiency in installation & reading drawings. Must lift 50lbs, have reliable transportation, and pass background/drug check

3-5 years mitigation/restoration exp, IICRC cert (preferred), Strong leadership and communication skills, and a valid driver's license

1+ year of residential plumbing experience is required. Strong communication and independent troubleshooting skills are needed

4+ years of construction experience with significant demolition experience. 3+ years of restoration experience is a plus. OSHA certification is a plus

5+ yrs HVAC exp. & 2+yrs supervisory. EPA 608 certification needed. Valid license & clean driving record

HS diploma/GED required. 2-3+ years CNC machine experience. Proficiency in drawing reading & quality systems

HS diploma or GED. Interest in HVAC. Strong work ethic and safety awareness

HS diploma or GED required, MS Office proficiency, basic computer skills & understanding of math/chemistry preferred
