Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mitigation Manager to oversee and coordinate water, fire, and mold damage restoration projects. This leadership role focuses on efficiently executing projects, ensuring safety, and maintaining excellent customer service. The role involves leading a team, managing projects from assessment to completion, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in mitigation or restoration (water, fire, mold)
- Proven leadership experience in construction, service, or restoration industries
- IICRC certifications in Water Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and Applied Structural Drying (preferred)
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Strong understanding of industry standards, safety regulations, and mitigation techniques
- Solid organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
