Level 4 qualification in Mechanical Engineering, 2-5 years of experience working with mechanical systems, and sound knowledge of mechanical statutory compliance and safety legislation

Professional certifications in aviation safety or health and safety, knowledge of aviation regulations, and experience in conducting safety audits and risk assessments

Professional certifications in aviation safety or health and safety, experience in conducting safety audits, and strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Proven commercial window cleaning experience, ability to work at height, and strong attention to detail

Good communication skills are a must. A flexible attitude and willingness to learn are key. Experience in cleaning is preferred

Previous cleaning experience preferred, punctuality, independence, attention to detail, and eligibility to work in the UK

Proven experience as an operations director, divisional director, or other senior managerial position, with demonstrable experience in delivering strategic and business plans and a strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
