Electrical Foreman

ABM Electrical Lighting Solutions is looking for an Electrical Foreman to join their team in Tustin, CA. The Electrical Foreman is responsible for overseeing electrical crews on job sites while actively participating in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work.

Requirements

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of electricians and apprentices
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes
• Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Communicate with project managers regarding timelines, materials, and manpower needs
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper use of PPE
• Provide guidance and training to apprentices and junior electricians
