Groundskeeper

The Groundskeeper will support the Facilities Director in maintaining the appearance and upkeep of outdoor areas within the Academy Mapleton Hill (AMH) community. Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, planting, fertilizing, pruning, and maintaining landscaping. Strong communication skills are needed to coordinate tasks and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Familiarity with grounds keeping equipment and tools
• Physical stamina and strength, able to lift and carry heavy loads
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driving license
• Knowledge of safety procedures and personal protective equipment
• Flexibility to work odd hours, holidays, and on-call
• Excellent communication skills
