1 year experience, high school diploma or GED, ability to pass background clearances and lift/assist up to 50 lbs
Care Coordinator /Case Manager / Waiver Services (ISP & Compliance) – Immediate Hire
Bachelor's degree in health/human services and experience in case management, ISP documentation, or developmental disability services
Direct Support Professional (DSP)
A high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license are required. Experience working with persons with disabilities is preferred, but not required
