The Night Auditor is responsible for auditing all accounts to ensure they are in balance, preparing final reports for management, and acting as the third shift Front Desk Agent.
Requirements
- Assists all guests in a sincere and courteous manner, whenever possible.
- Registers and processes guests promptly upon arrival and departure, assisting guest with any special requests.
- Verifies that all charges to guest accounts are correct.
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel.
- Completes all credit card transmittals, direct bills, and no-show billings.
- Receives and processes telephone and walk‐in reservations.
