Hardware Engineer

Role Overview

Hardware Engineer will develop requirement definitions, draft schematics, and test designs according to procedures and standards. They will also manage design activities, provide hardware support, and optimize EMC measurements.

What You Will Do

The Hardware Engineer will be responsible for developing designs, testing, and documenting hardware components. They will also prepare BOMs and monitor safety and quality.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in product development, schematic design, and PCB design review. They should have a solid understanding of power electronics fundamentals and experience with high-speed board designing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in all stages of the Product Development Lifecycle
• Experience with Schematic design, Component selection, Basic PCB design review (Altium, ORCAD)
• Board Bring up, and functional testing, Identify and debug hardware issues, Support testing activities, and document results
• Solid understanding of power electronics fundamentals, such as DC power systems, switching devices and drivers, power conversion, and protection concepts
• High Speed Board designing, Multi-layer Board design, Signal integrity
• Exposure working in both: Digital Design & Analog Design
• Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) / Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) compliance
• Hands‐on experience in lab testing and Comfortable using common lab tools like Multimeters, Oscilloscope, Function Generator, Logic analyzer, etc.
