Substance Abuse Counselor

Blue Ridge Mountain Recovery Center has an opportunity for a full-time substance abuse counselor to impact other human beings in a meaningful way. The position involves conducting individual, group, and family counseling sessions, as well as documenting patient care and treatment. The center offers a multidisciplinary treatment team for substance abuse and trauma treatment.

Requirements

• CAC II, CADC II, CCS, or Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related human service field
• At least one year of clinical experience specifically with the chemical dependency population
• Ability to work with male and female, adult substance abuse population
