The Technology, AI & Automation Intern will support Acadia Europe by contributing hands-on technical expertise to identify, prototype, and deliver technology-enabled improvements across the European organization.
Requirements
- Design, prototype, and test automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, quality, or speed of work across functions.
- Apply up-to-date knowledge of AI, automation, and emerging technologies to identify relevant and feasible use cases within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
- Work with multiple functions to understand workflows, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate technical concepts, progress, and outcomes clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Participates in team meetings, planning sessions, and strategic discussions to gain exposure to business operations and contribute insights where appropriate.
