Chief of Staff

AccelerateHC is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner directly with the Founder in driving the next phase of growth. This person will combine analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills to help scale the firm across business development, client management, and internal operations.

Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in business development, operations, management consulting, or strategy
• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering measurable business outcomes
• Strong analytical and financial acumen — able to model scenarios, evaluate ROI, and derive insights from data
• Excellent communicator and negotiator with executive presence
