Lead a high-performing state, shape the future of retail, and empower teams to deliver meaningful customer experiences as State Manager for Accent Brands. Oversee and elevate our store network, driving operational excellence, sales performance, and a culture grounded in purpose, passion, and people.
Drive and execute commercial strategies, set and communicate sales targets, champion customer-first culture, monitor performance metrics, innovate market offerings, and coach store leadership teams.
You'll bring proven experience in a State Manager or Senior Multi-Site Leadership role, strong commercial acumen, exceptional leadership and coaching capability, and a passion for retail, customer experience, and brand storytelling.
