
Job description
Reporting to the Cloud Engineering Operating Systems Operations Manager, the Senior Citrix Engineer plays a critical role in supporting, maintaining, and evolving the Citrix and virtual desktop services delivered to internal and external customers globally from the 24x7 Global Operations Centre.
Administer, support, maintain our global hosting platform, ensuring Citrix services remain highly available, secure, cost-effective, and performant in line with architectural design and SLAs.
This role is ideal for a senior Citrix engineer who brings extensive technical expertise, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement, with strong service ownership, disciplined SLA-driven execution, and a customer-first mindset.
