We are a global company seeking a Financial Reports - Accounts Payable professional to support our finance and administration team in accounting and invoice management processes, acquiring practical experience in a professional environment.

Requirements

• Collaborate in the accounting of invoices and financial documents.
• Support in the management of the invoice administration mailbox and tracking of approvals.
• Participate in the collection of information and documentation for audits and grants.
• Learn and assist in the review of SII (Immediate Supply of Information).
• Provide support in the reconciliation of invoices and payments to suppliers.
• Collaborate in the preparation of monthly remittance of payments.
• Support in the accounting of travel expenses and reconciliation of cash.
• Assist in administrative tasks related to the preparation of INE surveys.
