Requirements

• University degree: Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Highways, Chemistry) or Economics, ADE, or similar
• Master's degree: highly recommended in Finance, Management Control, MBA, or Project Management
• At least 5 years of experience in cost control
• Experience in CAPEX and OPEX projects and infrastructures, utilities, energy, construction, or heavy industry
• Experience dealing with large budgets, deviations, and public or semi-public tenders and contracts
