Job Description
ACCO is seeking a Project Engineer to collaborate with a Project Manager, responsible for the technical coordination of assigned projects. This role involves fostering clear communication, managing project documentation, and leveraging ACCO’s BIM methodologies. The position offers an opportunity to further refine estimating, scheduling, and design skills.
Requirements
- Assist the Project Manager with project execution.
- Manage project documentation and submissions (RFIs, Submittals, etc.).
- Coordinate meetings and participate in project kickoffs, BIM meetings, etc.
- Perform takeoffs, solicit quotes, compile bids, and develop change order packages.
- Manage job progress and quality on-site.
- Provide technical interpretation of plans and specifications.
- Manage vendor and subcontractor purchasing processes.
- Financial management responsibilities (installation tracking, labor forecasting, etc.).
- Stay updated with industry trends.
- Utilize ACCO standard Engineering technologies.
