Account Executive

At Pullman Singapore Orchard, the Account Executive is responsible for managing daily income audit functions and supporting overall accounting operations. The role ensures accuracy of revenue reporting, compliance with financial procedures, and maintains proper financial records.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Experience with hotel PMS - OPERA and POS systems is an advantage
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
• Service oriented with an eye for details
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
• Good influencing skills, self motivated
• Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
• Ability to meet deadlines, work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
