Requirements

• Diploma in hospitality, tourism, or hotel management
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry, or 3 to 4 years in a hotel management role
• Proven experience in managing group bookings for leisure and business purposes
• Proficiency in a hotel software (FOLS preferred)
• Proficiency in French and English (oral and written)
