Job Description
We are seeking a Corporate Development Manager to drive end-to-end inorganic growth initiatives, including sourcing and evaluating opportunities, negotiating terms, and assisting with post-close integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate development, investment banking, and/or private equity, with a focus on M&A processes and deal execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–6 years in corporate development, investment banking, and/or private equity
- Expert proficiency in deal execution and company evaluation
- Strong document familiarity (NDAs, LOIs, SPAs), term mechanics (earnouts, RWI, escrows), and data room best practices
- High-impact communication skills (concise memos, IC/board materials, stakeholder alignment) and executive presence
