Entry-Level Class A CDL Driver

Role Overview

We are hiring entry-level Class A CDL drivers with little to no OTR experience. Our training program provides 4 weeks of paid OTR training, and after completion, you'll meet with a terminal manager to review available openings and choose a run that fits your goals.

What You Will Do

As a driver, you will operate late-model Freightliners, primarily automatic transmissions, and receive strong support from an experienced operations team. You will gain real-world, over-the-road experience nationwide and have the opportunity to choose from various divisions, including Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed.

Requirements

• Have graduated within the last 2 years from an accredited CDL academy with at least 120 hours of training
• Be at least 21 years old
• Hold a valid Class A CDL and current DOT physical
• Pass all DOT-required testing (urine or hair)
• Successfully complete a background check
• Provide accident reports from the past 5 years no pending charges
• Provide any traffic citations from the past 3 years
