Asset Finance Paralegal

Accuflex is seeking experienced Paralegals with asset finance, banking or structured finance experience to join our pool of high-calibre legal professionals for currently available and upcoming placements in London.

Requirements

• Prior paralegal experience in private practice or in-house, supporting transactional matters.
• Experience within financial services, ideally asset finance, banking, structured finance or secured lending.
• Strong transactional support skills, including document management, CP/CS processes and closing mechanics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with multiple stakeholders.
