Senior Consultant, Business Process Solutions

Role Overview

As a senior consultant for BPS, you will deliver interim solutions and project support to clients within the entire economic function. You will work on-site at the client in a team with your colleagues or as part of the client's internal organization. You will have the opportunity to take a leading role, drive and develop junior consultants, and work with client development and close sales.

What You Will Do

You will assist clients with tasks such as accounting assistant, controller, and/or CFO. You will work with both small companies and large international conglomerates. You will also assist clients with project support within the economic function aimed at efficiency and development of specific tools, as well as implementation of system and process improvements.

Requirements

• Master's or master's degree in economics
• 3-5 years of experience in broad economic work within accounting and economic management
• Experience in different industries and companies
• Clear advancement at previous employers
• International experience and/or from the public sector
• Leading positions and project management roles
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Business system experience
• Fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing
