The BCBA will oversee client treatment, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans. The position requires a master's degree in ABA or a related field, active BCBA certification, and experience working with children and families.
Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA or a related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families
- Knowledge of best practices in the treatment of autism
- Effective communication skills in English
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
- Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to pass a background check
