Job Description
Acorn Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as a Program Supervisor in the Richmond area, expanding service access for clients. This role involves overseeing client treatment, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating with families and stakeholders. Acorn Health prioritizes integrity, quality, and client individuality.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in ABA or a related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Knowledge of best practices in the treatment of autism
- Experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Pass a background check
- Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team
