Requirements
- Post-secondary education or proven equivalent commercial aptitude
- Clear commercial drive
- Ideally 0–2 years of experience in sales, brokerage, trading support, or another client-facing role
- Interest in business, finance, sustainability, or energy/environmental markets
- Strong communication skills
- Resilience and persistence in prospecting
- High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Structured and organized way of working
- Sound judgement and integrity
- Confident user of standard office tools and basic data analysis
