Project Manager

ActioNet has an opportunity for a Project Manager requiring a Public Trust clearance in the Washington D.C. metro area. Hybrid work is available. The role will ensure cohesiveness between all Tiers, develop, and execute process improvements, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Eight (8) or more years as a Program/Project Manager for the Federal Government
• Five (5) or more years managing and leading large Enterprise Service Desk teams utilizing ITIL and Agile methodologies
• PMP certification
• Managed a team of over 30+ IT professionals
• Good interpersonal, Problem-solving, and Time management skills
• Strong management skills to manage resources and day-to-day processes
• Demonstrated experience in full development life cycle development standards and best practices for quality assurance
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
