We are looking for a Senior Designer who can take full ownership of visual execution across multiple channels while elevating both creative quality and speed through AI tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally in performance-driven or digital-first environments
• Strong expertise in Figma and Adobe Photoshop
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (including Gemini or similar) within a design workflow
• Ability to create low-level animations (e.g., simple motion graphics, UI animations, ad loops)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, and visual storytelling
• Comfortable owning projects end-to-end with minimal oversight
• Experience collaborating closely with copywriters, marketers, and growth teams
