Full-Time | Remote Amazon Catalog & Optimization Specialist role for a fast-growing beauty brand on Amazon USA, responsible for listing optimization, rank tracking, promotions, account health monitoring, and affiliate coordination.

Requirements

• Manage and optimize Amazon listings using DataDive and best practices
• Track keyword rankings daily with Datarova, adjust to protect/improve rank
• Coordinate promotions, deals, and calendars to ensure deadlines are met
• Respond to affiliates, coordinate sample shipments, and follow up on campaigns
• Monitor account health, respond to seller feedback, and request removals
• Use AI tools to automate workflows and save time
• Create and update SOPs for recurring processes
