As the New Product Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our product vision into reality by executing the end-to-end product development process, ensuring that each product meets our quality, pricing, and timeline expectations.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in product sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Proven ability to negotiate pricing and supplier terms effectively.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with suppliers and ensure product specifications are met.
• Highly organized with a detail-oriented mindset for quality control and supplier vetting.
• Experience working with Amazon/e-commerce supply chains is a plus.
