Staff Software Engineer

As our next Staff Software Engineer, you will be the high-impact catalyst at the heart of our Kraków Hub, forcing clarity and raising the bar for engineering excellence across the entire ActiveCampaign platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Multi-stack mastery with deep production experience in PHP and modern backend technologies
• Proven expertise in AI and Agentic development
• Ability to act as a technical advisor
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments
• Fluency in English (B2 minimum)
• Familiarity with emerging AI standards
