Staff Software Engineer

We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our Krakow hub, driving technical direction across multiple teams and architecting scalable agentic AI features. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in software engineering, multi-stack mastery, and proven expertise in AI and Agentic development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Multi-stack mastery with deep production experience in PHP and modern backend technologies
• Proven expertise in AI and Agentic development
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments
• Fluency in English (B2 minimum)
