Systems Engineer - Open Systems (Service Now)

We are seeking a Systems Engineer - Open Systems who is a ServiceNow subject matter expert with a strong background in ServiceNow development and administration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions and a deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and best practices
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and IT Operations Management (ITOM)
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
• Ability to document the technical design, data governance, architecture, and specifications of the solutions
• Proven track record of successfully delivering ServiceNow solutions in a lead role
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Full understanding of operating system hardware, software, network components, security, and/or database management system
• Ability to provide exact audit trials and recovery points during project life cycles to ensure maximum system stability
• Good listening ability as well as the ability to competently train others
• Willingness to respond to problems with little notice as well as to adjusting off hours scheduling to meet company project installation dates
