We are seeking a Systems Engineer - Open Systems who is a ServiceNow subject matter expert with a strong background in ServiceNow development and administration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions and a deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and best practices
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
- Ability to document the technical design, data governance, architecture, and specifications of the solutions
- Proven track record of successfully delivering ServiceNow solutions in a lead role
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Full understanding of operating system hardware, software, network components, security, and/or database management system
- Ability to provide exact audit trials and recovery points during project life cycles to ensure maximum system stability
- Good listening ability as well as the ability to competently train others
- Willingness to respond to problems with little notice as well as to adjusting off hours scheduling to meet company project installation dates
