Operations Analyst

Role Overview

The Operations Analyst will support the President of Inspection & Mitigation by driving day-to-day strategic and operational priorities across the business. This role combines analytical support, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination to enhance performance, efficiency, and decision-making.

What You Will Do

Build, maintain, and update Excel reports, dashboards, trackers, and basic financial/operational models. Analyze data to generate insights and support decision-making. Identify, analyze, and implement process improvement initiatives.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies, and ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
