Associate Manager - Projects

Role Overview

The Associate Manager - Projects will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of projects within allocated budget by optimum utilization of resources through supervision. This role will involve providing input to the Regional Head during development of the GA annual business plan, preparing monthly plans, and leading the technical evaluation of site feasibility.

What You Will Do

The Associate Manager - Projects will oversee project progress, ensure site teams are aware of their responsibilities for safe work, and monitor project progress vis a vis budget on a regular basis. They will also ensure capability development for the team through performance management, training, and mentoring.
